There is always something going on in the desert, because we Cali kids apparently don’t mind 100+ temperatures while we watch our rock and roll. Take a look at the amazing lineup for Desert Daze, and go here for more info.
Didn’t have the funds to shell out for Coachella this year? Want to see lots of great music and hang out in the sun while enjoying how empty LA gets this time of year? Check out Brokechella, happening downtown this Saturday. Lots of awesome performers on multiple stages for a ticket price that still allows you to be able to buy some beer and tacos. Check out the lineup here!
Yes, LA is in the midst of Coachella madness, with lots of fantastic shows happening all over town while the desert acts keep themselves limber between festival performances. And there are plenty of other things to check out as well… Our pals at Buzzbands LA do a fine job gathering all that info for you, so check it out here!
Just when summer is starting to get underway, old town Pasadena hosts a multitude of bands within walking distance in what one can call a street fair, but it’s much more than that. With How To Dress Well, Hundred Waters, Sir Sly and Nick Waterhouse among some of the names already confirmed to perform, this promises to be a great day out. Check out the full lineup here.
There will be RIDICULOUS amounts of music to be seen in the LA area this week and next… because COACHELLA. Luckily for those of us who don’t wander out to that desert oasis, many of the bands play in town (and in much smaller venues) and if you can score a ticket, you can have your pick. Ride, Tame Impala, The Preatures, Drive Like Jehu, Yelle… Our friends at Buzzbands LA have a huge list of suggestions for you. Check it here.
